Our e-Design is a fast, fun way for you to work with HOME Interiors and Design without having to commit to the full design service and manage costs. It’s the perfect bridge to our client’s based outside of Northeast Florida. It’s ideal for do-it-yourselfers or those who just need expertise to ignite their ideas and projects.
Once you engage HOME, you can e-mail pictures of the space you want to redesign. HOME will ask you to complete a questionnaire in order to determine your needs and design style. We will provide shopping lists with furniture, paint, and accessory ideas for you to implement at your convenience.
The design fee for our e-Design service is per room. Additional rooms or entire home design fees vary based on the needs and square footage of the space. Please reach out via “Contact Us” for more detail.

With our “HOME Work” package, listing agents or sellers can electronically share pictures of the inside and outside of the home. HOME will compile a comprehensive report outlining recommended changes, repairs, updates or removal of personal items in order to improve the quality of pictures for the formal property listing. Because this service is provided remotely, we are happy to accommodate clients anywhere in the United States.
The fee for e-Home Staging consultation is per listing. Volume discounts to realtors with 3 listings per month.
HOME Interiors and Design will meet to discuss your goals and expectations about how you can receive maximum return on investment for your improvement dollars. In your consultation, HOME will walk through and review the home through the eyes of a buyer. We will give a quick demonstration of the difference staging can make by transforming a room or small area of your home. We will provide detailed recommendations and a proposal for any additional services needed to prepare the home to be market-ready. At the end of the initial consultation you may be asked to pack away unnecessary items, move or store furniture, and make necessary repairs to prepare for the staging day like painting and cosmetic updates. After the consultation, you will do most of the de-cluttering and packing away. Once completed, HOME will come in and put the finishing touches on the furniture and accessory arrangement to create the emotional connection points for buyers. We will work with you to create a plan and budget for any necessary décor that will serve as an investment in the sale of your home and that can also be used in your new home.
